Forecasts

Weather forecasts:

• 6 h, 12 h, 1-5 day, and outlook up to 7 days;
• For Lithuania, seaside, sea aquatory, separate regions.

Hydrological forecasts:

• floods and freshets;
• discharge and level (1-3 day);
• icebreak dates;
• ice phenomena emergence dates.

Meteorological and hydrological data

• temperature °C (air, soil surface, ground at various depths, dew point, water body);
• atmospheric pressure hPa (station’s and sea level);
• air humidity characteristics;
• wind (direction and speed);
• water discharge;
• water level;
• snow cover characteristics;
• ground freeze;
• many other meteorological and hydrological elements available (about 95 elements in all).

Note: Meteorological and hydrological data are considered hourly, daily, ten-day, monthly, decadal, 30 year and even 200 year old measured and recorded data.

Conformity assessment and calibration of instruments

• atmospheric pressure measurement;
• humidity measurement;
• air temperature measurement;
• wind measurement;
• hydrometric measurement;
• actinometric measurement.
