08-11.02.1969 the longest snowstorm in Lithuania (Panevėžys), which lasted 78 h 25 min. (longer than three days) with the wind speed of 16 m/s with gusts of up to 20m/s;
The wind speed during a blizzard on 17-18.02.1962 reached 20 m/s with gusts of 26 m/s. The blizzard in Šilutė took place for 22 h, Marijampolė – 32 h;
17.02.1962 the wind speed in Klaipėda reached 30 m/s;
22-25.02.1980 the maximum diameter of composite frost and wet snow reached 68 mm with the mas of 152 g;

The record-breaking maximum of frost on power transmission lines was 1 600 g, recorded in Vilnius, Viršuliškės neighbourhood.
